Bearings
NA

NA-type bearings come with a standard long stud and metal seal. Overall length is longer than other types as the bearing is fastened between two nuts. Two variations are available – concentric, where the mounting stud is aligned with the axis of rotation, and eccentric – allowing preload adjustments at the user’s discretion.
NAS

NAS-type bearings come with a standard short stud and nitrile rubber seal. High dust resistance is achieved by employing a contact seal. Overall length, including the mounting stud, is short, enabling compact design. Two variations are available – concentric, where the mounting stud is aligned with the axis of rotation, and eccentric – allowing preload adjustments at the user’s discretion.
NAL

NAL-type bearings come with a standard long stud and nitrile rubber seal. High dust resistance is achieved by employing a contact seal. The mounting stud is long, enabling freedom in design. Lock nuts are included as a standard accessory. Two variations are available – concentric, where the mounting stud is aligned with the axis of rotation, and eccentric – allowing preload adjustments at the user’s discretion.
NAB

NAB-type bearings come with a standard short stud and nitrile rubber seal. High dust resistance is achieved by employing a contact seal. A relief machined into the mounting stud enables the bearing to be directly screwed into a tapped hole. NAB-type bearings are only available in concentric design.
Guide Rails
GS

GS-type rails are available in 4 different sizes, the maximum length being 1410mm. Butt joints can also be specified to create even longer rails. As rail and spacer have been integrated, mounting is straightforward. The V-shaped edge has undergone induction hardening, but additional processing is possible as hardening has not been applied to the center section. Three grade variations are available for different usage environments: “C” is in a cold-drawn state; “N” has had precision polishing applied only to its V edge (raceway surface); and “P” has had all surfaces polished. A black oxide finish has been applied to all non-polished areas.
GF

GF-type rails are available in 5 different sizes, the maximum length being 1410mm. Butt joints can also be specified to create even longer rails. Overall height is lower than the height of GS-type rails, enabling compact design.
Rolling Guide Units
RG

These are unit products consisting of bearings, guide rail and mounting table. Preload adjustments are performed prior to shipping, thereby allowing installation immediately on delivery.
